Description
The Red Sea REEF-FRAME line blends years of hobbyist feedback with precision engineering and forward-thinking design. Built as a ultimate blank canvas, these systems feature eurobraced ultra-clear glass, hydrodynamically superior piping, high-precision flow control, and marine-spec fortified cabinets. Available as a Standard version for full equipment customization, or a MAX version equipped with a full ecosystem of ReefBeat smart devices, REEF-FRAME provides a rock-solid, quiet foundation so you can build a stunning, long-lasting aquatic masterpiece. Core System Features & Innovations Eurobraced Ultra-Clear Glass: Engineered with glass thickness up to 15 mm (0.59”), high-grade eurobracing for superior structural integrity, and bonded with high-performance euro-silicone. Extra-Fortified Cabinets: Built from marine-spec laminated plywood to support the full contour of the display tank. Includes stainless steel hinges, leveling feet, and cabinet finishes in Black, White, or Classic Oak. High-Precision ReefGate Valve: A bespoke, heavy-duty gate valve installed on the downflow pipe that allows micro-adjustments for near-silent overflow operation. Hydrodynamically Superior Piping: Enlarged rectangular-profile downflow pipes maximize circulation and eliminate noise. Includes optional connector kits for both Metric and USA standard pipe customization. Central Overflow & Surface Skimmer: Conceals all return and drain plumbing within a sleek overflow box featuring removable surface skimming combs for quick maintenance. High-Performance REEF SPEC Sump: Includes a dedicated skimmer chamber with adjustable water height, a built-in bubble trap to prevent microbubbles in the display, and a plug-and-play ReefMat-ready mechanical filtration bay (fits ReefMat 250/500/1200, filter socks, and media cups). Red Sea REEF-FRAME 500 (136.3 Gal / 516 L System) Overview The flagship model of the series, the Red Sea REEF-FRAME 500, delivers nearly 60 inches of display space and 107 gallons of main display capacity. Engineered for large reef communities, it combines 15 mm ultra-clear glass with a 29.3-gallon sump for advanced water management. Key Highlights Maximum Strength Construction: 15 mm (0.59″) heavy-duty ultra-clear glass across all main panels, reinforced with eurobracing for maximum stability. High-Capacity Sump System: A full 29.3-gallon sump equipped with an adjustable skimmer chamber, bubble trap, refugium option, and room for automated dosing and top-off systems.
