The Large Copper Port Loose Ring Bit features a copper mouthpiece with a port that sits above the tongue and engages the palate when rein pressure is applied. This encourages proper head elevation and discourages leaning or heavy contact. Loose ring cheekpieces allow the bit to move freely in the horse’s mouth while supporting consistent rein contact. Ideal for experienced riders working with well-trained horses that respond to palate engagement and benefit from the natural salivation promoted by copper.
