Description
HYDROS Duet: The Ultimate Super-Duty Dosing & Control Hybrid Take total control of your aquarium’s most demanding liquid management tasks with the HYDROS Duet. Engineered for hobbyists who demand reliability and precision, the Duet combines a professional-grade aquarium controller with two super-duty stepper motor dosing pumps. Whether you are automating daily water changes or managing high-volume calcium reactor effluent, the Duet is built to handle the heavy lifting of modern reef keeping. High-Performance Liquid Management The heart of the Duet lies in its two industrial-strength dosing pumps. Unlike standard hobby-grade dosers, these pumps utilize robust stepper motors designed for continuous use and heavy-duty applications. Automated Water Changes (AWC): Perfect for performing consistent, small water changes to maintain rock-solid stability. Precision Control: Ideal for calcium reactor effluent, kalkwasser additions, liquid food dosing, and sulfur reactors. Versatile Flow: Capable of flow rates from 0.1 to 500 mL/min, giving you the flexibility to dose tiny amounts or move large volumes of water quickly. Smart Monitoring & Expandability The Duet isn’t just a doser—it’s a fully functional member of the HYDROS ecosystem. 4 Sense Ports: Connect temperature probes, optical level sensors, leak detectors, or flow sensors. The Duet can monitor your system and make “smart” decisions based on real-time data. 1 Drive Port: Power and control 12V accessories like ATO pumps, cooling fans, or cabinet LEDs directly from the unit. Command Bus Integration: Two Command Bus ports allow the Duet to link with other HYDROS devices (like the XP8 or Control X10) to share data and power, creating a fail-safe, synchronized control network. Industrial Build for Harsh Environments Designed to live under your tank, the Duet features a splash-proof and dust-proof enclosure. The aircraft-style connectors provide a secure, corrosive-resistant connection that ensures your system stays online even in the high-humidity environment of a marine sump. No-Code Programming Forget complex coding and steep learning curves. The HYDROS app offers an intuitive, cloud-based interface. Simply tap, drag, and configure your schedules from anywhere in the world. Get real-time push notifications the moment a parameter goes out of range or a leak is detected.
