Description
Keep your horse cool, comfortable and protected with the Lavender Combo Bug Buster Fly Rug. Expertly engineered from durable yet lightweight sports mesh fabric, this fly rug provides an exceptional balance of breathability and insect defense. The fine mesh construction promotes excellent airflow while shielding your horse from flies, horseflies and mosquitoes.
Designed for unrestricted movement, this rug features a mid-height elasticated shoulder gusset and a comfortable neckline cut to sit just in front of the shoulder. The integrated belly flap and extended neck cover ensure full coverage, even while grazing, while the deep-cut, seamless design wraps securely around the horse, relieving pressure on the spine and preventing slippage.
High-quality stainless steel chest clips, surcingle bars, and hardware deliver lasting strength, complemented by three low-cross surcingles for a secure fit. The neck cover includes four double-locking Velcro fastenings, ensuring it stays perfectly in place.
Lined with antibacterial and anti-static polyester over the mane, wither, and shoulder areas, this rug helps maintain a healthy, shiny coat and minimises rubbing. The extra-long, padded tail flap resists wind lift, offering superior coverage, while the PVC-coated, easy-clean tail strap adds convenience and durability.
Providing around 70% UV protection, the Lavender Combo Bug Buster Fly Rug is the perfect choice for warm-weather turnout, offering style, comfort and reliable fly defense in one elegant package.
