Description
Seiryu Stone is the undisputed “Godfather” of all stones and the pinnacle of aquascaping materials. As one of the most popular hardscape options available, this grey-blue natural rock is prized for its jagged, craggy, and heavily veined texture that deepens in color when wet. Its silver-gray tones and rough, weathered surfaces make it an incredible focal point, ideal for creating dramatic, natural-looking mountain-style landscapes or minimalist Iwagumi layouts. The endless details found in these stones allow any hobbyist to easily recreate the complexity of nature. Boutique Seiryu is also suitable for non-aquarium use and will work beautifully as a sophisticated accent in terrariums, paludariums, or similar planted enclosures.
Stones vary in shape, size, and density.
Notes:
Seiryu may slightly raise pH and water hardness. Controsoil can help balance that out.
We recommend rinsing stones thoroughly before use to remove any natural dust or sediment.
Stone coloration darkens when wet.
