This policy explains delivery, returns and refunds for pawharborly.com.
Delivery area and charges
We currently deliver within the United States. Standard shipping is $14.99 per order. Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is over $39. A subtotal of $39.00 or less has an $14.99 shipping charge; $39.01 or more qualifies for free shipping. Available methods and final charges appear at checkout.
Processing and delivery estimates
Allow 1–2 business days for processing and an estimated 2–5 additional business days for standard transit. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates, and carrier or weather delays may occur.
Return requests
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Change-of-mind items should be unused, complete and in resaleable condition. Contact us before returning anything so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address.
Incorrect, damaged or defective items
Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description. These conditions do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank and card processing times may vary. Original outbound shipping is not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
