1. Is the Twinstar B Line strong enough to grow high-tech red stem plants?
The Twinstar B Line is optimized for low-to-medium light aquatic plants (such as Anubias, Bucephalandra, Java Fern, and mosses). For demanding, high-tech carpet plants or intense red stems requiring pressurized CO2 and high PAR, we recommend stepping up to the Twinstar E Line or S Line series.
2. Can I dim or set a timer schedule on the Twinstar B Line light?
The B Line light includes an on/off inline switch. To add sunrise/sunset ramping, dimming, or automated daily schedules, you can pair the fixture with an optional inline Twinstar Dimmer or smart outlet timer.
3. Will the Twinstar B Line fit rimless tanks with thick glass?
Models 20B through 90B V2 feature leg brackets compatible with glass panels up to 10mm thick. The largest model, 120B, features upgraded metal legs designed to accommodate heavy-duty rimless glass panels up to 15mm thick.
