Concentration: 2000ml canister contains 144,000 mg Calcium About the Nyos ION-B Method: The Nyos ION-B method is a state-of-the-art dosing system for modern reef tanks. The system is simple, intuitive, and can be adapted to the needs of your aquarium. When using the ION-B ALK/pH+ in conjunction with ION-B CA/MG+, you can: Replace consumed calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium Prevent ion shift over time Help Stabilize the pH between 8.0 and 8.3 Dosing Instructions: In most cases, the daily dosage should equal your ION-B ALK/pH+ Dose. Alkalinity and Calcium are consumed by corals in a ratio of about 1:7. The ION-B solutions are also in a ratio of 1:7, so you usually need to dose equal amounts of both solutions.
