Description
Aquatop Breza AC/DC Plus Battery Powered Air Pump (AC/DC-PLUS) The Aquatop Breza AC/DC Plus is a premium, professional-grade emergency aeration system designed to protect your aquarium during power outages. Unlike standard backup pumps, the AC/DC Plus features a built-in rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery and sophisticated electronics that automatically switch from AC power to battery mode the moment a power failure is detected. This unit is a true “set and forget” safety device, ensuring your fish and beneficial bacteria have the oxygen they need to survive extended periods without electricity. Key Features Automatic Power-Fail Sensing: Continuously monitors your home’s power. It stays plugged in and charging during normal operation and activates instantly when the power cuts. Dual Output Design: Features two air outlets, allowing you to provide oxygen to two separate tanks or two different areas of a large aquarium simultaneously. Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery: Eliminates the need for disposable “D” cell batteries. The internal battery provides hours of reliable operation on a single charge. Adjustable Flow Control: Includes an electronic dial to precisely tune the air output to match your tank’s specific requirements. Ultra-Quiet Operation: Engineered with vibration-dampening feet and a specialized motor housing to minimize noise during use. Because it uses a rechargeable internal battery, you never have to worry about finding fresh alkaline batteries during an emergency—the unit is always charged and ready to go. Safety Reminder: Always use check valves (sold separately) on your airline tubing when placing any air pump below the water level to prevent accidental back-siphoning.
