Description
This Herm Sprenger® Nathe & Sensogan® Double-Jointed Loose Ring Snaffle Bit with 20mm Mouth has 70mm stainless steel rings. The lozenge is made of Sensogan and angled 45 degrees for optimal comfort. Sensogan mouthpiece metal has been proven to encourage salivation and acceptance of the bit. This snaffle also comes with bit guards to prevent pinching at the corners of the horse’s mouth.
Nathe bits feature a high-quality, hypoallergenic, smooth thermoplastic that is made in Germany. Nathe mouthpieces are built on a flexible metal core. This type of mouth material can be helpful with horses that have especially sensitive mouths, can help promote chewing and can encourage bit acceptance.
Important safety note: Due to the nature of the hard thermoplastic mouthpiece, Herm Sprenger suggests that you inspect the bit for chewing damage or sharp pieces after each use. Nathe bits cannot be returned for damage caused by use.
